Hovercraft Alaska® is a website for all hovercraft enthusiasts in Alaska. We have been serving Alaska since November 1998!  We continue to keep you up-to-date on what is happening, and do our best to help you with anything related to hovercraft.  We have in our index the Alaska pages, commonly used links for Alaska; Webcams, Marine ferry, Wild fires, Earthquake, Volcano, Iditarod, Fish and Game, and many others.

We are a part of a growing community of hovercraft owner and operators who are using hovercraft for recreation, mining, hunting, fishing, and for touring in the State of Alaska…

We have enjoyed our 15 years on the Internet with all of you since 1998. Coupled with our 36 years of experience purchasing/flying/training in hovercraft, we also amassed one of the largest archives of data we know of about hovercraft in America! We had a very successful Hovercraft Club for 6 years, we worked with other states in the USA to help establish hovercraft in areas that proved to need it. We consulted world wide making many new friends, and finding hovercraft around the World to help with their needs. We establish the first local hovercraft Insurance for the United States. We have done real rescues, mock rescues, lots of training, and put many smiles on lots of faces!

Since hovercraft's infancy in the 50's to the early 70's in the USA,  Hovercraft again is at the end of it's 2nd Era of trials from the early 90's to Now in trying to re-establish it's self as part of the transportation infrastructure in America.

We are optimistic that the 3rd time will be the charm!
